Innocent Bystander was born in the early ‘oughties — a cult Yarra Valley winery with a penchant for quality drops and healthy disregard for convention. To satisfy y(our) curiosity in the world of wine, we tend to do things a bit differently.

Which brings us to you, friend. And here – at Sydney’s BABYLON – for just over two weeks of vinous delight.
Join us from 10th – 27th October as we bring a taste of the Yarra Valley to Sydney’s core with a pop-up cellar door promising a specially curated menu, immersive wine experiences, and a roster of vinyl DJs best paired, as always, with good vibes and great friends.

- Reservations are essential and can be made online for up to 20 guests.
- The package is pre-paid, and includes an additional transaction fee charged by Open Table.
- Cancellations will be accepted until 3pm on the Friday prior to your reservation commencing, and a refund will be offered.
- In all circumstances, written notice is required to bookings@babylonrooftop.com.au. After this period, the full pre-payment will be withheld as a cancellation fee. This applies to not adhering to the notice policy for a reductions of guests, or cancelling your booking. No shows and change of date will be treated under the same policy.
- Seating allocations are made on the day, and are subject to the venue’s discretion.
- We practice RSA at all times, and will not allow ‘double parking’ of beverages.
