Babylon’s menu is designed to share, allowing you to uncover the flavours and textures of true Levant cuisine. Our collection of abundant, seemingly endless small dishes better known as meze sit alongside rich and colourful plates inspired by flora, fauna and the ocean. Many of our dishes are cooked over wood fire and charcoal on Babylon’s custom-built three metre-long Mangal and rotisseries.
