Restaurant
Babylon’s menu is designed to share, allowing you to uncover the flavours and textures of true Levant cuisine. Our collection of abundant, seemingly endless little dishes better known as meze sit alongside rich and colourful plates inspired by flora, fauna and the ocean. Many of our dishes are cooked over wood fire and charcoal on Babylon’s custom-built three metre-long Mangal and rotisseries.

Inspired by the once-thriving metropolis and one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, the Hanging Gardens of Babylon. Our rooftop location bound with hanging greenery is the perfect place to utilise Sydney’s ideal climates year round.
Events
Babylon offers an array of non-exclusive and exclusive events ranging from 20 – 400 guests. We can accommodate both seated and cocktail events, and have curated the perfect accompanying menus.
Each event space at Babylon Rooftop has been carefully designed to draw inspiration from traditional Middle Eastern culture, where gatherings are about celebrating flavourful food in good company.
Private Dining
For smaller social gatherings, navigate through Babylon’s boundless rooms and laneways to discover private dining spaces. Or for groups of up to 50, you can enjoy semi-private dining in one of two dining rooms.
